You Can Tighten The Belly With This 4 Weeks Plank Challenge

Have you heard about planks? If not, you would be surprised and if not then you know how effective they are.
Crunches are very common exercise in abs workouts and the plank is just a static exercise. However, this does not mean it is easier. Moreover, the plank needs work from many muscles and the biggest emphasis is put on the upper torso.
It is also known as the corset muscles and they are largely exerted when being in plank. This may seem easy to do, but you have to know that it is harder than doing 100 crunches. The reason is because the muscles are constantly tensed during this exercise, meaning you will be strong in a very small period of time.
It is time to start learning more. It is a nice challenge, which is going to last 4 weeks.
Stay in plank position for at least 30 seconds. If it becomes easier do it for 60 seconds.
Stay 30 seconds more than the time you used to stay in plank.
Week 3 and 4
Add additional 30 seconds to the time you use to stay in plank.
