For each day you consume one piece of fruit for breakfast. You cannot eat bananas or grapes.

Day 1

• Lunch: 1 egg, 1 orange and 200 ml. of yogurt

• Dinner: 2 toasts, 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, ½ a cucumber or lettuce salad

Day 2

• Lunch: 1 egg, 1 orange and 200 ml. of yogurt

• Dinner: one toast, tea or coffee (no sugar added), 1 orange, 125 grams of red meat

Day 3

• Lunch: 1 boiled egg, orange and 1 cucumber

• Dinner: 125 grams of cooked red meat, 1 orange, cup of tea or coffee (no sugar added)

Day 4

• Lunch: 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, and 125 grams of cottage cheese

• Dinner: 125 grams of cooked red meat, 1 orange, cup of tea or coffee (no sugar added)

Day 5

• Lunch: 1 tomato, 200 grams of cooked fish or meat and 1 toast

• Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked peas, carrots and potatoes

It is recommended to start the first cycle, then make a break of 2 days and repeat. You should not add salt in the vegetables and you should not drink alcohol beverages. If you have other health issues, it is important to talk with your doctor.
